Vendor Terms

These terms apply to vendors (tutors, teachers, authors, publishers, institutions) publishing on RETICEO.

1. Eligibility & verification

The vendor submits a file (identity documents, supporting proofs) validated by RETICEO (KYC) before being able to sell.

2. Content

The vendor warrants that they hold the rights to published content and its compliance (educational accuracy, legality). RETICEO may moderate or remove content.

3. Commission & payouts

RETICEO takes a commission on each sale and pays out the balance per the payout schedule (Mobile Money / bank transfer), subject to validated KYC.

4. Obligations

The vendor provides quality service, responds to buyer requests, and honors the advertised prices and availability.

5. Suspension

RETICEO may suspend a vendor account in the event of fraud, unlawful content or repeated breaches.
