These terms govern access to and use of the RETICEO educational platform. By creating an account or using the service, you accept them.
1. Purpose
RETICEO is an educational marketplace connecting learners, parents, schools and vendors (tutors, teachers, authors, publishers, institutions) for access to educational content and services.
2. Account
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information provided and for keeping your credentials confidential. A student account created by a parent remains under that parent's responsibility.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to share your access, not to circumvent content protections, not to post unlawful content, and to respect other users.
4. Intellectual property
Content remains the property of its authors/vendors. A purchase grants a personal, non-exclusive right of use, with no right of resale or redistribution.
5. Availability
We strive to provide continuous service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance may occur.
6. Liability
RETICEO acts as a technical intermediary. Responsibility for content lies with the vendor. Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.
7. Termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend an account in the event of a breach of these terms.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by Cameroonian law and OHADA uniform acts. Any dispute falls under the competent courts, after an attempt at amicable resolution.
