How do I pay on RETICEO?+
Payment is by Mobile Money: Orange Money or MTN MoMo, straight from your phone, with no bank card. You receive a confirmation SMS and access is immediate once the payment is validated.
Can I use the content without an internet connection?+
Yes. Downloaded content stays available offline. Your progress syncs automatically as soon as the connection returns — ideal for areas with patchy coverage.
What happens if my Mobile Money payment fails?+
If you receive no confirmation within 15 minutes, the payment did not go through and no amount is permanently charged. Try again or contact support with the transaction reference.
Can I get a refund?+
It depends on the product. Tutoring is covered by a guaranteed minimum rating (the hour is credited back if it isn't met). For other purchases, contact support: we focus on making sure you get what you paid for.
How do I create an account for my child?+
From your parent space, you add a child profile per school level. You keep control over which content is accessible and track progress, subject by subject.
Is my child's data protected?+
Yes. A child's real name is never shown publicly: a pseudonym is used in rankings. Personal data is handled in line with the Cameroonian legal framework, notably law no. 2010/012 on cybersecurity and cybercrime.
Which devices does RETICEO work on?+
On smartphone, tablet and computer, via a web browser or the RETICEO mobile app (Android and iOS). One account, all your devices, unified progress.
Are the mock exams really graded?+
Yes. You get instant AI grading, followed by validation from a certified human marker within 48 to 72 hours. Papers follow the official MINESEC curriculum.
How does the referral programme work?+
Share your referral code (for example via WhatsApp). Your referee receives a welcome coupon and you earn a reward on their first order. Everything is managed from your personal space.
How do I contact support?+
