RETICEO protects your personal data and that of children. This policy describes the data collected, its use and your rights.
1. Data collected
Account (name, email, phone), profile (school level, language), learning and progress activity, order and payment data (processed by our payment providers — we do not store full numbers).
2. Purposes
To provide the service, personalize learning, enable parental monitoring, process payments and payouts, prevent fraud, and inform you (with your consent for non-essential communications).
3. Children's data & parental consent
Student accounts are created and supervised by a parent or institution. We limit collection to what is strictly necessary for educational use. The parent controls access to content and may view, correct or delete their child's data.
4. Sharing
We do not sell your data. It may be shared with strictly necessary providers (hosting, Mobile Money payment, email) and with the vendor to deliver the purchased service.
5. Retention
Data is kept for as long as necessary to provide the service and meet legal obligations, then deleted or anonymized.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, delete and port your data. You can exercise these from your settings or by writing to confidentialite@reticeo.store.
7. Security
We apply technical measures (encryption of secrets, httpOnly cookies, access control, logging) to protect your data.
