Terms of Sale

These terms govern purchases made on RETICEO.

1. Products

Digital content (books, videos, exercises), subscriptions, tutoring packs and related services. Features are described on each product page.

2. Prices

Prices are shown in CFA francs (XAF), inclusive of taxes where applicable. Prices may change, but the order is billed at the price shown at the time of purchase.

3. Payment

Payment is made by Mobile Money (Orange Money, MTN MoMo) or other offered methods. The order is confirmed after payment is verified.

4. Delivery

Digital content is available immediately after payment in "My library". Services (tutoring) are scheduled based on availability.

5. Withdrawal & refund

For digital content already accessed, the right of withdrawal may not apply. In case of a problem (non-conforming or undelivered content), contact support for a refund or credit.

6. Support

Complaints and disputes: support@reticeo.store or the "Support" area of your account.
