How does setup work?+
No server installation required. An activation code is provided to the administration. Each user connects via web browser or the RETICEO mobile app. Deployment in under an hour.
How many students can access at the same time?+
It depends on the license. The "Primary School" license is unlimited concurrently. The "High-School Class" license is limited to 40 concurrent connections (1 class).
Is content available without internet?+
Yes. Once synced at school (on the Wi-Fi network), content is accessible offline for 30 days, then needs re-syncing.
How do I renew or extend the license?+
The administration is notified 30 days before expiry. Renewal is done online or by bank transfer. A scope extension (e.g. adding a class) is possible during the year.
What support is included?+
All licenses include email and WhatsApp support (reply within 24 working hours). Whole-school licenses include a training session (video call) for the teaching team.
