How do the included services work?+
As soon as your plan is paid, the included services are credited automatically: AI Tutor sessions appear under "AI Tutor", sheets under "AI Exercises", and the mock-exam voucher is sent to you by notification (a code to enter when paying for an exam). Nothing to do on your end.
How does the free trial work?+
For the monthly plan, the first 14 days are entirely free. No prepayment required. On day 14, the subscription begins and the first payment is triggered via Mobile Money.
Can I change plans?+
Yes, at any time from your personal account. The change takes effect on the next billing date — at no charge.
What happens if I lose my connection?+
Downloaded resources stay accessible offline. Progress syncs as soon as the connection is back.
Has my Mobile Money payment gone through?+
You receive an Orange Money or MTN confirmation SMS, and a RETICEO email. If nothing arrives within 15 min, contact support.
How do I cancel?+
One-click cancellation from "My subscriptions". Access stays active until the end of the period already paid for.
